The Next Adventure

We are moving and while I said it would be a good 7-8 months.. well that changed and we are looking at 12-14 weeks or early to mid October.  We are going back up north and are getting there at the end of summer to avoid the snow season as I do not want to track muddy snow water and salt through the new apartment.  

It's been a great run (Sarcasim) here in Florida.  Honestly, we hate Florida with a burning passion... It's hot... it's humid... we are not beach people. In the 6 years we have lived here I can count on one hand how many times we've gone to the beach. Last visit was mid October 2019 when we did some video of a mock lightsaber fight.

So to recap with a TLDR We are moving back up north October 2023.

Moving on.  I am working on an amazing trip for Hubby and myself, possible including his best friend & the Missus.  We are looking at a 2-3 week trip to Germany, Sweden, Finland, & Norway in winter of 2025/2026.  It depends on how much we can get saved up, how much things will cost, and getting the time off work to do so.  At the very least Germany and Finland as Hubby has always wanted to see the Northern Lights and Finland has the glass Igloo's so a couple of nights there would be amazing.

I know that flights will be the biggest cost so I'm working on figuring out how to get the best deal for us.  We will be staying together for the most part to save money where we can, but we know that while Germany is not the most expensive European country it is not cheap either.
