Scent Reviews

 I will post all scent reviews here, if you need to know what the notes are please look in the pages of each company.  I have made sure all scent profiles and notes are listed.

Sucreabeille

Black Heart - The chocolate and caramel are very forward.  It smells great and even smells good on hubby.  This is a scent for every one. *This one lasted on my skin for an amazing 16 hours. and now at 27 hours later I can still smell it faintly on my skin.*

Broken Heart - Yum.. I smell like a sexy dessert...  This smells like the best dessert ever.

Krampus -When I smell it out of the bottle it's kind of what a high end or Christmas store smells like for the holiday. Once i put it on the Christmas spices were very forward, pretty sure I smell a little orange in there. I wish it had a pine note to it, however, it smells pretty good and definitely smells like my nana's house during the Christmas holiday.

Portmanteau -  Deep creamy vanilla.... ugn I need more... such a sexy scent.  I could wear this all the time.

Danger Noodle -  In the bottle it is amazing.  Loved it, on my skin not so much...  It to has copal... Heart is broken.

Cabana -  A fruity punch to the face. A little tart and a little creamy.  Almost want to eat it.

Raspberry - Raspberry with a creamy spice note.  Not the best scent for me but so good.

Heck Puppy -  This smelt so damned good in the bottle.  I was surprised as when I chose it I was unsure if I would like it... I love the way it smells.  Sadly I am learning that copal is a death note for me... Heartbroken....

Death Unicorn - Very lavender forward, with a bit of sweet spiciness.  It's hard for me to describe when it gives me a headache.  I wanted to wear this so bad.

Garden Witch -  Pleasant.  Lightly floral and sweet.  I was surprised this one didn't give me a headache.  I'm considering a bigger bottle but we have to get through this first.

Pear Tree -First smell it is very sweet and pear.  for the first half hour on my skin is is pear and caramel, but once the pear fades teh caramel relaxes into something sexy. 

Cream Tea - OMG... Love this so hard, I need a bigger bottle.  It's got a sweet milky ness to it that is warmed by the spiciness.  

Goth as Fuck -Smells very much like it's description.  I like it but it is headache inducing as well.  I am sad but such is life.

Coven -It's very amber forward, instant head ache for me.  But if amber scents are your thing this is perfect for you.

Cheeky Gremlin -This smells so good in the bottle but on me it has a death note.  It's the apple...  However on hubby it is very autumn forward but that isn't a bad thing.

Cyanide - This smells so good I'm sad I didn't get a bigger bottle.  It is cherry forward then fades into a softer cherry with that lovely Almond scent.

Goblin, Goblin, Goblin -  This is pretty much a London Fog.  It smells amazing in the bottle and on my skin.  The tea not holds for several hours while the rest slowly fades.

Blood Drunk - In the bottle it smells delicious, however, as it has a death note on me I cannot give a proper review.

Library set:
The Librarian - At first smell all I get is the espresso.  I like it a lot.  On my skin I get more of the butter rum notes and espresso.  It's a yummy scent.

Book Witch - In the bottle it's got a soft sweetness, but on my skin all I can smell is benzoin resin and white amber.  It is also headache inducing.. sadly.  

Arsenic - In the bottle it's an odd smell, I don't dislike it but I'm not sure how I feel,  It's better on the skin and after a bit it's got a nice light vanilla scent to it.

Lilith Fury - This smells so good.  I really like the milky chai scent.

Byzantine -  Smells of burnt darkness.  I had high hopes for this one but I just cant get passed the headache.

Poesie

I went over the stuff and this is my initial impression of things.  I'll do this again in a couple of weeks once they have had time to rest.

White Rabbit - Musky.. so much musk, and sweetness then it fades a bit to musk and hay.  I'll check it out again in a week or two but as it's given me a headache I'm not sure.

Curiouser & Curiouser - Floral with a hint of sweetness.  It's a lovely scent but like must floral gives me bad headaches.  It doesn't seem to need the resting time but It's gonna get some anyways.

Queen of Hearts - Not too bad, It's rose forward at first but then settles into orange and Patchouli.  Doesn't give me a headache, however, it has a death note for me.

Eat me - This one is delicious.  The peach is very forward and the lavender is a bit more subtle but nice.  It's got a tanginess from the currants in it.  I cant wait to smell again in a couple of weeks.

Always time for tea - Lightly sweet and Musky.  Less musk than White rabbit I cant pull any individual notes out of it but, not too bad I'll come back to it in a week.

Were all mad here - The boysenberry must and tonka bean are very forward.  There is a little sweetness from the vanilla and the must is lighter than the others.  Not a bad scent at all.

Pink Lace - in the bottle it smells like champagne, but one skin the sweet smell of strawberry and vanille are very present.

Dessert First - in the bottle, so much rose.  On the skin still rose, but then the citrus hits before slowly fading back to rose.  I bet this will be amazing in a couple weeks.

You tempt me - Marzipan and cherry, in the bottle and on the skin.  Pastry crust on the skin as well but not as nice smelling as the cherry.  Pastry might be a deathnote for me but we'll see.

Just because - Orange Blossom, this one needs to rest and mellow.  I don't dislike it but I want to smell the caramel woods and black tea too.

French Kiss - In the bottle... very blueberry, on skin still lots of blueberry with a hint of vanilla.

Sleepy Ghost - sweet marshmallow and lavender,  this is a great scent already.  I think I'd be nice for bed time.

Library ghost - It's hard to describe but they nailed it.  It's got the smell of older books and sweetness.  I was very surprised but know I'll need to buy more.

Infamous - Buttery cake, sweet cake, a hint of vanilla.. now I want to eat my self XD

Elemental Tea party - I cant pick out individual notes but it smells like fall and I love it.  I'll need more of this one too.

Twice to tea - Earl grey and lavender, makes the world go round. We'll come back in a couple of weeks... I know this one will get better with rest.

Innocence - Smells like a hint of peach and sunscreen.  Not horrible but I'm not a coconut person and the musk is giving me a bit of a headache.

Borrowed Sugar - I smell like a small café, the tea is strong on me and I love it.  The sugar is not as strong which lets the bread note stand out.  I think I need more of this one too.

Whisper Sisters

Immaculate Confection w/ licorice (like the smell hate the taste) - is very licorice forward but I think if I set it aside for a couple weeks and let it mellow that it will be an amazing smell.  Other than that I can also smell a tiny bit of the cocoa in it and a hint of the coconut.

Albina - smells slightly sweet, faintly of vanilla, but like how oils smell when they've been sitting on the shelf for a long time.  I think it also needs a bit of time to mellow.  I love vanilla scents so I have high hopes for this one.

Backscatter - Very musk and herb forward.  If it didnt have the musk I'd enjoy it but it gives me a bad headache.

Bellatrix- right now it smells strongly of fig and a slight Tonka bean.  With some tome to mellow I think it will be an amazing scent

Beware - Vanilla, lots of vanilla.  I dont really smell the cardamom or tea in it but the black pepper note gives it a light muskiness over all it's not bad.

Black Cat - Smell's like spices and darkness.  The pumpkin is light but that isnt a bad thing.  The scent has a mysterious but playful feel to it.  I cant wait to see what this mellows into.

Cackle - First notes are of orange, cinnamon, and white pepper the pumpkin and vanilla are not there, after putting it on my skin i notice that it shifts to a sweeter note and the vanilla is more present.

Echo - Floral forward, but that is balanced by the fruit notes.  Like most florals this one gives me a headache.

Vessely - Orange is the top not upon opening  and when applied to the skin, but after a bit I now smell a hint of orange and the ginger ail is strong with this one. Like the rest it needs some time to mellow but so far I like it.

Wool of Bat - The anise and clove are there.  They smell amazing and this one is great with out setting it aside to mellow.  it too has a hint of darkness but with sophistication.

Sugar and Spite

Pumpkin Tobac - The tobacco is strong but sweet and pleasant. After a while it gives away to the warm scent of pumpkin and sweet spices. It’s the kind of scent I best enjoy when out and about due to how forward it is.

Sister Witch - What can I even say about this amazing scent. It’s sweet, milky, light with the scent of lavender.. at least in the perfume spray (i use it on my pillow when i go to bed). In the oil perfume from the glass bottle it is much more lavender forward while retaining that sweet milky scent. I enjoy it very much as it smells like Earl Grey my favorite tea. (next to green)

Go to Sleep Little Creep - Crisp and sweet. A little floral but in the best possible way. It’s a lighter scent that I can wear around the closed space of my office and not feel overwhelmed. I recommend it as a perfume spray and something to go on the pillow at night.

Boneshaker -Man Scent.. in the best possible way. It smells so good mostly like the woods and mint then there is a hint of vanilla once the woods gives it room to come forward. It smells great on my husband LOL.

The Chilly Biscuit - This is one of the best gourmand scents I’ve ever smelt... It’s buttery, sweet, delicious. I’ve never wanted to eat my self before 😉
